Budget committee sends $135 million budget to city council

After a promise of future discussions, the city of Wilsonville’s budget committee approved a $135 million proposed budget for fiscal year 2012-2013. The proposed budget increased operating costs by 2 percent, an increase attributed to changes in contracted services, such as the contracted operation of the wastewater treatment plant, Clackamas County Sheriff and the water treatment plant.
