I belonged to a great book club. We read, talked and, of course, enjoyed food together. The book club fizzled out after over three years, and I missed our monthly gathering.

Here at the big library, we’re ready to greet the appearance of our annual spring tulips, just outside our grand picture window. Our tulips have been blooming for quite a few seasons now, and they get a bit smaller and a tad more disheveled every year — just like me.
