This form can be used to submit an anniversary announcement request for publication in the Canby Herald, Molalla Pioneer and/or Wilsonville Spokesman Newspapers.

Pictures are welcome and can be e-mailed to spokesman@wilsonvillespokesman.com or they can be dropped off or mailed with a copy of this form and a self addressed return envelope to the Wilsonville Spokesman, 30250 S.W. It is the responsibility of the contributor to ensure that all information is correct - spellings, dates, etc. Someone from our office will be calling to verify this submission.
