POLICE REPORTS
Wilsonville Police reported the following incidents. The department is run under contract with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. Incidents are listed by category and in order of time reported. All suspects are legally innocent until proved guilty in court.

ARRESTED
Lisa Renee Dickey, 37, Wilsonville – She was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Nov. 24, southbound Interstate-5 at S.W. Elligsen Road, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. She also was charged with  three counts of harassment for kicking the arresting deputy. She refused a blood alcohol percentage test. She was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Daniel Ray Slimick, 30, Willamina – He was arrested on a probation violation for a previous charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $5,000.
Michael Ray Faircloth, 54, Oregon City – He was arrested at 11:01 a.m. Nov. 26, 8200 block, S.W. Wilsonville Road, and charged with second-degree theft. He was accused of shoplifting at Lamb’s Thriftway. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Ray C. Buenafe, 53, Portland – He was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Nov. 27, 29400 block, S.W. Town Center Loop West, and charged with second-degree theft. He was accused of shoplifting at Fry’s Electronics. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Joah Garnett Fitzgerald, 29, McMinnville, and Sheena Marie Walker, 27, Tempe – They were arrested at 1:18 p.m. Nov. 27, 29500 S.W. Graham’s Ferry Road, and charged with second-degree trespassing.

BURGLARY
Nov. 24, 29500 block, S.W. Serenity Way – A camera and necklace were found missing from a duplex between 12:55 and 3 p.m. The backdoor of the residence was found open. Loss value: $700.

THEFT
Nov. 26, 25400 block, S.W. 95th Avenue – A car was broken into while parked at the Holiday Inn overnight. The passenger side window was broken, and a GPS and iPod, both located under the front seat, were stolen. Loss value: $1,050.

RECOVERED STOLEN
Nov. 25, S.W. Parkway Center Drive at S.W. Heather Place – A 2000 Honda Civic, stolen from a Vancouver, Wash., resident was found at this location. The stereo was missing, the steering column was broken and the ignition damaged. The front passenger window was broken out, and the front door handle and lock were missing.

NO INSURANCE
Nov. 28, S.W. Boeckman Road at S.W. Canyon Creek – A driver was cited for expired registration and no insurance. His car was towed.

FAILURE TO CARRY DRIVER’S LICENSE
Nov. 28, S.W. Elligsen at S.W. Parkway Ave. – A driver was cited for not having a driver’s license and no license plate light. The car was towed.

NO LICENSE PLATE
Nov. 30, southbound Interstate 5 at S.W. Wilsonville Road – A driver was cited for not having a front license plate, and a plate cover on the rear plate. The car was towed.

DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED
Dec. 1, northbound Interstate 5 at S.W. Elligsen Road – A driver was cited at 8 p.m. for driving while suspended. The car was towed.
