ARRESTED
Joseph Andrew Wells, 24, Wilsonville – He was arrested at 9:57 p.m. Jan. 18, 6800 block, S.W. Wilsonville Road, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $10,000.

David Brett Carrington, 32, no address – He was arrested at 11:11 a.m. Jan. 21, S.W. Wilsonville Road at southbound Interstate-5, and charged with trespassing and vagrancy. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $5,000.

Salvador Santillan, 26, Vancouver, Wash. – He was arrested at 2:07 p.m. Jan. 21, northbound Interstate-5 at S.W. Wilsonville Road. He was charged with failure to carry and present, and was found in possession of meth, with the intent to sell. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.

Rachel Ann Hill, 38, Salem – She was arrested at 5:14 p.m. Jan. 21, 9100 block, S.W. Wilsonville Road, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, and possession of a controlled substance (meth). She registered a .19 blood alcohol percentage, was booked into Clackamas Count y Jail, with bail set at $30,000.

Emmanuel Ross Recio Pili, 23, Portland – He was arrested at 7:49 p.m. Jan. 23, 8200 block, S.W. Wilsonville Road, on an outstanding warrant for harassment. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, with bail set at $5,000.

Jason Scott Kragerud, 40, Wilsonville – He was arrested at 3 p.m. Jan. 25, 29400 S.W. Town Center Loop West, and charged with third-degree theft after being accused of shoplifting at Fry’s Electronics. He was cited and released.

FORGERY
Jan. 18, 8600 block, S.W. Robert Burns Drive – A regular Burger King customer tried passing a possible fake $10 bill, but said he didn’t realize it was a possible forgery.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Jan. 18, 30200 block, S.W. Boones Ferry Road – Sometime between 4 p.m. Jan. 16 and 7 a.m. Jan. 18, someone egged the windows of a business.

Jan. 22, 30700 block, S.W. Orchard Drive – Someone intentionally fired a BB gun at a dining room window, leaving two small holes through the outside pane. Loss value: $500.

Jan. 22, 8500 block, S.W. Salish Lane – A bowling-ball-sized piece of concrete was thrown through the back window of a business sometime during the previous weekend.

THEFT
Jan. 20, 6800 S.W. Wilsonville Road – A student reported the theft of items from his locker, but a teacher who assists the student in opening his locker every morning said the reported items have never been in his locker.

Jan. 20, 9400 block, S.W. Commerce Circle – A business owner reported a possible case of identity theft when she received three phone calls from Clear Internet, offering an upgrade to her service. Calls by the reporting deputy revealed that Clear used at least 10 subcontractors in the Portland area to sell its service.

Jan. 21, 6800 S.W. Wilsonville Road – An iPod Touch was taken from a Wilsonville High School desk when a student turned around for just a few seconds during fourth period. Loss value: $285.

UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY INTO A MOTOR VEHICLE
Jan. 21, 26100 block, S.W. Canyon Creek Road – A set of vehicle seat, a car stereo, an intake manifold and a lug nut wrench were stolen from a vehicle overnight. Loss value: $960.

LOST ITEM
Jan. 20, 25900 block, S.W. Heather Place – A woman loaded her groceries into her car, then drove away, forgetting she had left her wallet on the car’s bumper. When she returned the wallet could not be found.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
Jan. 21, 26000 block, S.W. Canyon Creek Road – A red, two-door 1997 Honda Civic, valued at $5,000, was stolen from an apartment parking lot overnight.

TOW REPORT
Jan. 22, northbound Interstate-5 offramp at S.W. Wilsonville Road – A disabled van was towed after blocking traffic for more than 90 minutes.

CRASH REPORT
Jan. 22, S.W. Town Center Loop at S.W. Parkway Avenue – A 17-year-old driver was cited for making a dangerous left turn after she was hit by an oncoming car at 1:20 p.m. Her car received more than $15,000 in damage to the passenger side, while the other car received damage to its front end. No injuries were reported.
