Regional Shriners group meets in Wilsonville this weekend

Shriners visit Wilsonville
Imperial Potentate of Shrine International, Imperial Sir Jack Jones of Tampa, Fla., will visit the regional business meeting.
Al Kader Shriners of Wilsonville will host the 2010 Winter Session of the Pacific Northwest Shrine Association all day Friday and Saturday, Feb. 19 and 20, at the Al Kader Shrine Center, 25100 S.W. Parkway Avenue. Details: Ron Ellenson, 503-635-6500, or call the Shrine Center, 503-682-4420.
Shriners from 18 temples in the northwestern United States and Canada will meet in Wilsonville for the semi-annual business meeting.
In addition to routine business, the agenda will include election of officers, seminars on public relations, fraternal fund raisers, charitable fund raisers and reports on the three Shriners hospitals in the Pacific Northwest.
Taking part in this year’s winter session will be the Imperial Potentate of Shrine International, Imperial Sir Jack Jones of Tampa, Fla.
J
ones was initiated into the Shrine in Portland when he was stationed at Mount Hebo Air Force during his service in the U.S. Air Force.
