Wastewater rates to increase, but not by 100 percent

2011 will see at least a 10-percent increase in sewer rates, maybe more

The Wilsonville City Council approved the city budget Monday night, but not without some changes.The proposed 100-percent increase in sewer rates and a 30-percent increase in storm water rates didn’t make the 2010-11 budget, which goes into effect July 1.
