Appellate court reverses decision about city's mobile home park ordinance

The ordinance, created due to the closure of the Thunderbird Mobile Club, can now be enforced

A circuit court decision that found the city's mobile home park closure ordinance unconstitutional was overturned yesterday by the Oregon Court of Appeals.
