Chuck Heilbrun, a volunteer at the Wilsonville library's bookstore, noticed that a row of CDs were missing from a cart parked in the library's lobby recently.
Volunteers at Twice Sold Tales in Wilsonville were hoping to “move” their CD collection along a little faster by making it more visible to customers.
