City sends tax incentive plan to the voters

Residents will decide in March election if Wilsonville should offer financial incentives to manufacturers who invest at least $25 million

Wilsonville City Council would like local residents to vote on a tax incentive plan that might entice companies to fill empty warehouses in Wilsonville, like the former Joe's corporate headquarters and warehouse.
In just three months, voters will determine the fate of a tax incentive program designed to attract top-tier manufacturers, high-paying jobs, and economic development to Wilsonville.
