Goddard, Postma say it's too early to concede in mayor, city council race

Despite trailing in the early returns, Chamber-backed candidates say they'll wait for the count to proceed

When the first results were announced Tuesday night, there was an audible gasp from the crowd assembled at Bullwinkle’s Restaurant inside Wilsonville’s Family Fun Center.
