The party is still waiting to get started at the Wilsonville Library. Mayoral candidate and current Wilsonville City Councilor Richard Goddard stopped by the library’s Rose Room early in the evening before heading to join his family at Bullwinkle’s restaurant at the Wilsonville Family Fun Center.
