The Boone Building, located behind Albertson's on S.W. Boones Ferry Road, was part of the city's near-record increase in building activity. The building was started nearly a year ago, one of many private commercial projects in the city.
Wilsonville certainly seems to be bucking a statewide sluggish building trend, based on new figures released last week.
