Danial James Carpenter of Tacoma, Wash., was arrested Tuesday afternoon, accused of driving under the influence of drugs and reckless endangerment.
A reckless driver was arrested Tuesday by Oregon State Police south of Wilsonville after he allegedly tried to run another vehicle off the road.
