Jay Puppo was recognized during the Wilsonville Rotary's annual dinner and auction at Wilsonville Holiday Inn on Saturday, Feb. 23.
Insurance agent and community volunteer Jay Puppo was recognized for his efforts to help better the Wilsonville community by being named as Wilsonville’s First Citizen by the Rotary Club of Wilsonville at its annual Heart of Gold banquet last Saturday night.
