The looming threat of harsh federal budget cuts is now casting a shadow over Wilsonville.
And it’s gotten the attention of locally-based defense contractors, who are increasingly worried the long-running Congressional standoff over the state of federal finances will come crashing down on their heads, potentially costing up to 4,000 local workers their jobs, according to some estimates.
