Wilsonville man admits to police he 'bought and killed' a puppy

Kevin Lee Slabaugh, 28, of Wilsonville called 911 dispatch and told them he he killed his dog.
A Wilsonville man will appear in Clackamas County Circuit Court today to answer charges against him for allegedly stabbing and killing a puppy in his apartment Saturday night.
