TVFR unveils PulsePoint smart phone app

App provides window into TVFR activity, alerts public to need for CPR in public spaces

A free CPR smart-phone app called PulsePoint is now available in Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue’s service area, which includes Wilsonville.
