A grand jury ruled that the officer-involved shooting Feb. 14 in Wilsonville was justified.

A grand jury found the actions of the officers involved in a shooting outside the Wilsonville police station on Feb. 14 to be justified and lawful, according to a press release from Clackamas County District Attorney John Wentworth.

According to the district attorney, on Feb. 14, officers attempted to stop a tan 2006 Lincoln Town Car which they suspected had been stolen. The occupants of the vehicle, 29-year-old Brandon Gilpin and 34-year-old Felisha Cunningham, allegedly fired at the officers, who then shot back.
